Because sensitive, firm‑level information is shared, attendance and confidentiality are non‑negotiable.

  • Half-day sessions: 8:00–1:00 (lunch included)
  • Zoom one-on-one meetings for sick or out-of-town members
  • 3-month rolling contract
  • You cannot pick and choose meetings
  • Missing more than 3 meetings a year may lead to removal

  • Quarterly initiatives; present results & financials
  • Maintain a current business plan (update annually)
  • Meeting ends with SMART goals

  • Meeting opens with wins + review of  SMART goals and prior commitments (Cost, Bold Step, First Action, Target Date)
